If they are smart enough to have an annual physical they can find out what it is once a year, but many people skip these visits to the doctor. Once a year might not even be enough depending on what your numbers are.Treating Scoliosishttp://www.facebook.com/TreatingScoliosisnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-659197563728114440.post-5349021948177746732012-05-02T10:57:25.090-04:002012-05-02T10:57:25.090-04:00My blood pressure runs on the lower end. I did it with him. He would laugh at how low mine was. I would just feel relieved, but it's not low enough for me to feel any dizziness, thank goodness.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09505661913107994459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-659197563728114440.post-87161044405516496642012-05-02T09:54:22.128-04:002012-05-02T09:54:22.128-04:00Marijke, thanks so much for this explanation. My blood pressure yesterday was 120 over 80. It's usually lower, but I'm 8 months pregnant so I wonder if that affects the numbers.

I'm a Blogathon participant too, and look forward to reading your posts.Jen @ My Morning Chocolatehttp://www.mymorningchocolate.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-659197563728114440.post-66980975912334824102012-05-02T09:52:53.418-04:002012-05-02T09:52:53.418-04:00Thanks Jenny. When I was a kid, I passed out frequently. Even now, you'll rarely see me standing still if I'm in line or something like that. My legs are constantly in motion or else I start to feel that familiar feeling of light headedness.Marijke Vroomen-Durninghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14436563110710429784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-659197563728114440.post-26757257249129542202012-05-02T09:50:19.516-04:002012-05-02T09:50:19.516-04:00I love the way you integrated a pic into a post ab...I love the way you integrated a pic into a post about high BP!

I tend to run on the low side: 106 or 108/60 or so. That's why I occasionally black out when I stand up too soon. (Orthostatic hypotension, right?)Jennifer Finkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10568576650343979230noreply@blogger.com
